A report focused on lowering a municipal councils carbon emissons. Focused on the reduction of meat consumption.

Marketing research projects undertaken for Therapeutic Pillow Australia.

Revenge LA

Comprehensive digital marketing audit and plan for LA based streetwear brand Revenge.

BioFab

A comprehesive business plan and outlook to bring NZ based mushroom packaging manufacturer BioFab to Australia.

Vittoria Coffee

I undertook a brand analysis for Vittoria coffee and then proposed a brand extension to target an untapped customer segment. Tools used include the Marketing MIx, the Three Levels theory, DENT-PC and SIP-CC.

CRI

A branding strategy for the “Clean Recycling Initiative” (CRI). A not for profit organisation that is seeking to revolutionise textile recycling.

Swinburne University

Hired by Swinburne University to develop a business/marketing plan to increase Thai student enrolments in their Master of Business Information Systems course. Involved international work and in country placement to Bangkok, Thailand.

Black Rock Primary

A fundraising strategy for Black Rock Primary School. Undertaken while working in a 5 person team.

Nike

An in-depth analysis of Nike from an innovation perspective which recommends a new product line. Tools used include PESTEL, SWOT, Porters FIve Forces, JTBD, the Value Proposition Canvas, and the Gaps Model.

A marketing strategy developed for the EV manufacturer Polestar. Focusing on internal influencing factors on consumer behavior through “Maslows Hierarchy of Needs” and “Perception and Self-Concept”.
